The quality of heating effect is determined by the users indoor temperature in residential building,the indoor temperature as a feedback parameter to amend the heating control curve is the key to achieving refined regulation.Based on the building heat balance theory of affecting the residenter indoor temperature and heat consumption and the existing related domestic and foreign research results,the paper carries out the research on the confirmation method of feedback parameters,the feedback parameters are the building representative temperature of heating effect.According to the actual building heat measurement data,the mathematical models of residenter heat consumption are regressed,and the mathematical models make the indoor temperature and outdoor temperature as independent variables.The influence difference of users in different places on the building representative temperature is analyzed.The effect degree of non-heating users on the indoor temperature and heat consumption of adjacent users is analyzed.The indoor temperature and heat consumption of the user with both sides of house are non-heating room is carried out theoretical analysis.It introduces that with different residence situation of user,influence weight of residenter on building representative temperature is different.The calculation method of building representative temperature is theoretically analyzed and simulated.Taking a typical heating building as the research object,DeST-h software was used to simulate the heat consumption and indoor temperature of households in different occupancy rates and non-heating users,and calculate Representative temperature standard value.The actual heating system,all households may not be able to get all the indoor temperature,often only collect a few typical users at indoor temperature.Therefore,the users of typical locations with different occupancy rates are researched and classified,and the calculation method of building representative temperature based on typical location users is studied.When using the typical location user to calculate the building representative temperature,the weight of position is of great importance.Therefore,using the existing building energy consumption data to calculate the typical position user weight reference value and analyze the change of the weight reference value under different residence rates to obtain the weight amending value.Analyzing the influence of non-heating users on the six typical location heat consumption with different residence rates.Finally,the actual indoor temperature data of two buildings of different types and different floors are selected to verify the feasibility of the temperature calculation method of the building representative.
