Reactor use can reduce power line loss,improve power quality.Reactors produce losses during operation,and these losses dissipate as heat,causing them to rise in temperature.When the temperature is high to a certain extent,it will affect the reliable operation of the reactor or even damage.Therefore,in the reactor design,its internal loss and temperature field accurately calculate is crucial.Based on the study of calculation of hysteresis loss of iron core reactor,a single-phase iron core reactor is taken as an analysis object to calculate the loss of iron core hysteresis loss,eddy current loss,stray loss and winding loss,Based on this,the temperature field distribution of the iron-core reactor was studied.First of all,the magnetic properties of the silicon steel sheet of the single-phase iron-core reactor studied were tested.Set up a set of electrical properties of silicon steel test system,the non-oriented silicon steel 50WW470 magnetic properties of the test.Through testing,the hysteresis loop characterizing the relationship between magnetic field strength and magnetic induction intensity of silicon steel sheet was obt ained,and the specific loss data of silicon steel sheet were measured,which laid the material foundation for the subsequent finite element simulation calculation.Secondly,the core reactor loss calculation.Based on the theory of J-A hysteresis,a core dynamic hysteresis model considering core eddy current and stray loss was established and the model parameters were identified.The established dynamic core hysteresis model and the electromagnetic field numerical analysis of finite element method combined with the magnetic iron-core reactor magnetic field and loss analysis and calculation,taking into account the temperature on the core reactor loss calculation,calculated by multiple iterations loss correction.Finally,the iron-core reactor temperature field analysis.Based on the analysis of the calculation of the core reactor loss,a three-dimensional magnetocaloric-thermal coupling finite element model of the core reactor is established.Based on the core dynamic hysteresis model,the core loss calculation method is used to study the temperature field distribution of the core reactor.The simulation shows that the temperature distribution of the core is not uniform,which shows the highest temperature in the center part,which provides a theoretical basis for further reducing the core reactor loss.
