Recently,because the support of state policies,improvement of construction technology,good quality of component and advanced research,the assembled house in China has entered a new development age.However,the focus of development of the assembled house is the safety of structure and the convenience of assembly at this stage.There are a large number of gaps for installation in building envelope.A lot of heat loss from the interior will cause the formation of thermal bridge unless taking effective measures.In this paper,we used the warming performance of enclose wall in assembled house as an entry point,and made a systematic study on the aspects of theoretical analysis,field research,calculation and simulation of thermal insulation performance to improve the thermal performance of enclose wall.This paper is divided into four parts.Firstly,according to the theoretical research on the enclose wall of assembled house at home and abroad,the problems and solutions in the development of the enclose wall of assembled house are systematically analyzed.Secondly,based on the field research of the assembled house in Beijing and Tianjin,the production,types and application of the enclose wall of the assembled houses were introduced in order to study the construction technology of the enclose wall in the next step,the existing problems in the design and construction of the enclose wall of assembled house was analyzed,and corresponding suggestions and solutions were proposed.Thirdly,starting with the design of the enclose wall of assembled house,the structure of the connection between the wall panels is analyzed and the design points and methods of the wall of the assembled house are put forward.Finally,the heat transfer simulation is carried out on the connecting parts of the enclose wall through ANSYS software.According to the conclusion of heat transfer simulation,a series of optimization and improvement measures to improve the thermal performance of the wall are put forward.In this paper,the measures of optimizing are put forward by concluding the constitution technology of the enclose wall of assembled house and simulating.This paper aims to promote the use of assembly-type residential envelope wall and improve the overall energy-saving insulation effect of assembled house,and contribute to the development of assembled houses in our country.
