As the mainly energy consumption of the central air conditioning system,operation energy consumption of chiller plant directly affects the energy efficiency level of the whole central air conditioning system.The automatic control system of the chiller plant is an important adjusting measure,which can keep chiller plant run safely,steadily,and in efficiently.However,it has not a good application in chiller pant now.The main reason of this case is the poor practicality and bad generality of the centralized control system and control algorithm.In order to solve this problem,The Tsinghua University presents framework of the insect intelligent for chiller plant,which has been applied in practical engineering project and has achieved good application results.Nevertheless,there are still three problems which greatly affect the application results of this control system.The problems are included as follows: 1)There is no standard description method of the standardized information model.2)The development efficiency of the insect intelligent control algorithm for chiller plant is low.3)There are lack of the insect intelligent control algorithm for chiller plant.In order to deal with above problems,the related research has been carried out in this paper.(1)Based on the functional requirements of ‘plug and play,interconnection and intercommunication,self-organization,self-identification' of the intelligent control system for chiller plant,firstly,the minimum constituent unit of the system that is the basic unit is defined,and the rationality and completeness of the above partition method are verified by practical cases.Finally,the information model of the basic unit is established.(2)In order to deal with the problem that the development efficiency of the insect intelligent control algorithm for chiller plant is low,this paper builds a simulation platform of intelligent equipment simulator for insect intelligent for building based on the idea of hybrid simulation,which is based on the Linxi library.The platform consists of two parts: firstly,the intelligent chiller simulator,the intelligent water pump simulator and the intelligent cooling tower simulator can simulate the operation state of the practical mechanical and electrical equipment in the chiller plant.The above simulators all contain the performance models of the practical equipment which is provided by equipment manufacturers.Secondly,the simulation model of the air conditioning system which can provides sample data for the input variables of the simulator.The simulation platform can efficiently realize the function debugging and application effect verification of all kinds of control algorithms.(3)Based on the simulation platform,an insect intelligent optimal control method with strong practicability,strong generality and simple development process is studied.In this method,the global energy consumption of the chiller plant is taken as the objective function,and the fixed step size adjustment algorithm is used to solve the optimal setting value of the outlet temperature of chilled water and the cooling range under simulation of condition.The simulation results show that this method can save 11.6% energy consumption compared with the constant outlet temperature of chilled water and the cooling range.
