The passing capacity of intercity railway is an important basis to measure whether the railway transportation department can rationally utilize the line and whether the line capacity can meet the passenger flow demand.It is of guiding significance to train operation plan formulation,operation diagram compilation and intercity railway infrastructure construction.With the continuous improvement of China's railway network and the growing demand for people's better life,the development trend of passenger demand in China has become diversified and hierarchical,which has put forward higher requirements for passenger transportation of intercity railway.This paper considers passenger demand and intercity railway service level,calculates and evaluates the intercity railway capacity,and provides a theoretical basis for intercity railway train construction and intercity railway line construction.Firstly,on the basis of relevant theories,the research scope of intercity railway is defined,,the characteristics of intercity railway and passing capacity are analyzed,and the common passing capacity calculation methods has been Introduced.Based on the passengers' demand for intercity railway travel,this paper analyzes the connotation of intercity railway service level and also determines the influencing factors of the intercity railway service level.Secondly,aiming at the characteristics of intercity railway service passengers,from the perspective of passengers' perceived service level,this paper analyzes the influence of single factor of intercity railway service level on passing ability,and studies the mechanism of interaction of multiple influencing factors of service level and their common influence on the capacity of passengers,then obtains the calculation method of the average minimum time of different service level factors.Furthermore,based on the time-course characteristics of inter-city railways and the differentiation of service level requirements in different time periods,the calculation method of intercity railway passing capacity is proposed,and the transportation tasks to be completed in each time period are premised.Based on the capability of the railway,the speed of train operation and the reliability of operation,a multi-objective planning model for inter-city railway capacity assessment considering service level is established.The Pareto archive evolution strategy is used to analyze and solve the model.Finally,an example analysis is carried out with the Chengdu-Chongqing Passenger Dedicated Line,which verifies the effectiveness of the calculation and evaluation method of intercity railway capacity considering service level.
