With the development of urban economy and the continuous expansion of urban areas,the city faces many practical problems.For example,urban rail transit is developing rapidly,but commuters outside the city are not benefiting well.Urban road traffic is becoming increasingly congested and private car ownership is increasing.Under the guidance of the national “public transit priority” travel policy,this paper proposes a scheme for deploying HOV lanes within the attraction of urban rail transit stations in service rail transit commuter chain.It considers the connection needs of the commuters at the periphery of the city when choosing urban rail transit in service the travel chain and its purpose is to induce individuals to commute private car travel to the HOV's way of connecting rail transit.Firstly,the related theories of rail transit commuter chain and HOV lane are described in the article,and the research methods for determining the attraction range of rail transit stations are given.The theoretical analysis and numerical analysis are used to illustrate the travel characteristics and the multiplication demand of commuters within the attraction range of rail transit,and the prediction method of HOV commute demand is given.From the two perspectives of demand and supply,the traffic conditions and road conditions that should be achieved when planning and setting HOV lanes within the attraction range of rail transit stations are determined.Secondly,the design scheme of the HOV lane and the travel plan of the HOV lane within the attraction of the rail transit station are designed and the transfer facility layout scheme in the HOV lane line is introduced.From the three aspects of commuting personnel demand,site layout and route layout,the principle of deploying HOV lanes is determined.At the same time,two types of line connection methods of single-side connection and cross-connection are proposed.Thirdly,according to the principle of HOV lane route layout,the HOV lane route optimization model with the minimum total time cost of commuter travel is constructed,and the heuristic algorithm and depth-first search algorithm are used to solve the problem.Calculate and compare the solution results,and select the line with the lowest total travel time as the optimal HOV lane layout.Fourthly,according to the selection of the mode of travel of the commuters in the travel area before and after the HOV lane is set up,the general travel cost model of commuters is constructed in consideration of three aspects of travel time cost,travel cost and travel comfort cost.Then,the rationality of arranging HOV lanes is analyzed by the difference between the generalized travel expenses of commuters within the range of rail transit stations before and after the HOV lane route.Finally,through the application of the example,it is feasible to verify the HOV lane route optimization layout model and algorithm of the service rail transit commuter chain;after the HOV lane is set according to the optimized route,the general travel expenses of the commuters outside the city are reduced by 3.56%,which is reasonable to verify that the HOV lane is set in the group B.The research ideas of this paper are in line with the concept of urban sustainable development,and the research results can provide theoretical reference for urban traffic managers.
