| Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,a new people-oriented urbanization construction and development strategy has been proposed.Urbanization construction is the main strategy and long-term task of China’s economic development.Rail transit is an important infrastructure to promote urbanization and development in China.The development of new urban public transportation and the development of long as well as large virtual orbit-guided trains are an effective complement to the existing subway,light rail and public transportation systems.They are important parts of building an integrated urban transportation system,and could serve as the main line of big cities in the future,the suburban connection line and the new operation mode of the main lines in small and medium-sized cities.Combined with the new direction of the development of new urban rail transit,it integrates the flexible grouping of rail vehicles,the large-capacity,low-floor and distributed drive architecture features,and the rubber wheel bearing guidance,public road rights operation and environmentally friendly technical features of road vehicles.The design of the virtual rail train under the public road right and the design of the traveling system are the key points for the development of virtual rail trains.In this paper,the design method of the traveling system of virtual rail train and the motion characteristics of the articulated virtual rail train are studied.The specific research work of this thesis mainly includes:(1)Based on the investigation of the existing characteristics of long-large vehicles,the structure of virtual rail train’s traveling system is designed from the four components of suspension system,steering mechanism,power system,and tire system.The 3D structure diagram of the virtual rail train traveling system is obtained by SOLIDWORKS software.(2)This paper analyzes the road passability of the double articulated bus,and carries out several typical road conditions(including turning,curve,up and down slope,road vertical curve,and change lane)of the double articulated bus in urban road operation.The analysis obtained the passing conditions of several typical road conditions of the double articulated bus on the urban road.(3)Based on the study of the minimum turning radius and the passing width of the single articulated bus and the double articulated bus,the formulas for calculating the minimum turning radius and the passing width of the multi-articulated passenger car are derived,and a multi-function is proposed.The articulated virtual rail train structure provides a theoretical basis for the design of a multi-articulated virtual rail train that can be flexibly grouped.(4)Combined simulation analysis was performed by ADAMS software and MATLAB software.Firstly,the motion analysis of the double articulated virtual rail train on a circular curved orbit with equal curvature radius is carried out.A simulation method which can characterize the vehicle passing performance is proposed.Then,the simulation process of the virtual rail train on the sinusoidal curve and the elliptical curve orbit with unequal curvature radius is carried out,and a method for improving the performance of the double articulated virtual rail train on two curved roads is proposed.Finally,the train body length and the vehicle body spacing are analyzed.The direct effect of performance is related to the relationship between the length of the train body and the distance between the body and the minimum turning radius of the train. |
