In recent years,city population is increasing with the increased economics and continuous advancement of urbanization,and the impact of urban traffic problem on city development is growing.At present,many cities in China are actively building rail transit to relieve traffic congestion.Metro vehicles require high intelligence,high reliability,high redundancy and high safety as railway transportation.Auxiliary system as a key subsystem power different loads on the vehicles,such as air conditioning and ventilation system,lighting system,passenger information system,train control and management system,etc.In this paper,a new type of in parallel auxiliary power supply system with high intelligence,high reliability and high redundancy is designed,which is of great significance to metro normal operation and improve passenger comfort.Based on the metro project cooperated with Changchun railway vehicles CO.,LTD.,this paper takes auxiliary system of 6 car China A metro as design object and completes the design and vehicle test of auxiliary system under help of company project execution platform.Firstly,the requirements from 6 car China A metro and project requirements of auxiliary system are analyzed,then the selection and design of auxiliary converter and low-voltage power supply are carried out;afterwards the system solution is designed respectively from high voltage,medium voltage and low voltage bus,a new type of in parallel auxiliary system is put forward,the paper detailed describes auxiliary in parallel startup control,key loads switching for redundancy and short circuit detection,the low voltage battery start solution is designed;based on the auxiliary system solution,the MVB interface is designed to communicate with train control and management system to realize all kinds of control function of auxiliary system.In the end,the auxiliary system functionalities are verified via site test and data analysis during vehicle test of auxiliary system.The designed auxiliary system lays a foundation for the vehicle reliable operation and provides a reference for the design of auxiliary system in the future metro vehicles.
