In the industrial environment,the reliable operation of various electrical,instrumentation,automation and other equipment is the basis to ensure the stability of production.The use of lightning protection equipment of various voltage levels can effectively prevent and reduce equipment damage caused by lightning,and improve the safety and reliability of production and operation.Reasonable configuration of on-line monitoring system,real-time monitoring of operating conditions,the basic form covers electrical,instrumentation,automatic control,terminal equipment and other production-related systems.The lack of real-time monitoring of lightning protection system in online monitoring system makes the whole online monitoring system have certain loopholes.Therefore,this research takes the automatic control system of waterworks as the research object,through three years' investigation and analysis,designs a set of surge protection device and online monitoring system and puts it into practical application,which will make up an important part of the whole online monitoring system and form a more complete whole.This paper takes surge protection device and online monitoring system as the research core.Firstly,the current situation and demand of surge protection are studied,and the importance of online surge protection device monitoring system is clarified.Then the surge protection device monitoring model and related technology are analyzed.Secondly,the data acquisition terminal of power intelligent surge protection device and the data acquisition terminal of signal surge protection device are designed.A software monitoring system is designed to select surge protector according to the different characteristics of power supply and signal data,improve the surge protection capability of the system and improve the economic benefits.Using wireless communication Internet of Things module to control the work of data collector can realize both localization control and remote monitoring,and realize the protection and navigation of electric and automatic control system.In the application of practical cases,the surge protection device and on-line monitoring system proposed in this paper substantially improve the surge protection capability of the equipment,and effectively ensure the safety of electrical equipment,which is suitable for surge protection of automatic control systems in water plants.
