Weihai Hengke Factory EICC Certification Project Design And Implementation Research

The Electronic Industry Code of Conduct aims to establish standardized social responsibility behavior standards in the global supply chain of the electronics industry.The main work of Weihai Hengke Factory is to represent Samsung to process printer dies,and Samsung Printer Company has conducted EICC certification assessment on its management in order to inspect whether Hengke Factory has service qualifications.At the same time,the Hengke factory itself also has serious problems in management,such as salary lag,ultra-high labor intensity,infringement of labor,the use of only non-training,heavy output and light quality,and the appearance of serious hidden safety accidents in the purchase of pollution processors.and many more.Under the fiercely competitive modern production environment,standardized management has become the mainstream for business management.In order to achieve the goal of long-term cooperation with Samsung printers and improve the competitiveness of the company's market,it is necessary to implement EICC certification.On the basis of reading and referring to a large number of related literatures on project management,this paper adopts a combination of theory and case study methods to conduct in-depth exploration of the design and implementation of the EICC certification project from the perspective of project management.The paper takes the factory's EICC project certification as the r esearch object,combines the characteristics of the factory,and introduces the basic profile of Hengke's factory,the status quo of the enterprise management model and its existing problems from the perspective of empirical research.Starting from the actual problems,the design of the EICC certification project was completed,including the extraction of EICC certification indicators,the setting of EICC certification weights,the setting of EICC standards,the selection of EICC assessment subjects,and the establishment of a dynamic EICC management system.And through the analytic hierarchy process,the scientific,systematic and rationality of the EICC certification project process system's design for the EICC certification project of Hengke Factory was effectively verified.Finally,the implementation of the EICC certification was completed.The results of the implementation were evaluated.The problems exposed during the pilot implementation were analyzed and countermeasures and improvements were proposed.In view of the limited number of cases in which companies currently implement EICC certification projects,companies aiming to implement EICC certification through specific cases are required to have a deeper and more comprehensive understanding of them and bring some inspiration.
