The wrist joint is one of the most complex joints in the human body and plays a very important role in the hand movement.The wrist motion measurement system can be applied in many fields,such as sports and fitness,medical rehabilitation,and has a promising future.The mainstream motion measurement system h as problems with comfort and portability.Silicone soft sensor is a kind of flexible displacement sensor,which is comfortable,light and portability.Therefore,based on the fusion of silicone rubber soft sensor,this article develops a wrist motion measurement system and provides technical measures for wrist motion detection.The main research contents are as follows.The wrist motion has three degrees of freedom.In order to realize the real-time measurement of the wrist motion,the wrist motion measurement system needs the cooperation of multiple silicone rubber soft sensors,so it is necessary to study a multi-channel signal hardware system.Aiming at the problem of detecting the frequency limit,the input signal generation and the multi-channel output signal acquisition scheme are designed.Optimize the voltage regulator module and realize the communication between the multi-channel signal hardware system and the host computer.Design miniaturized multi-layer PCB boards and complete debugging.After analyzing the principle of the process,the effects of the process,and the defects of the process,the process parameters such as flexible electrodes,silicone rubber films,plasma processing parameters,lead packages have been optimized.The wrist movement was analyzed to establish wrist motion model.The wrist motion measurement scheme based on silicone soft sensors was designed.Three sensors were used to detect the three degrees of freedom for the wrist joint.The integrated sensor design method uses wristbands equipped with sensors and design the position of the flexion/extension sensor,the radial/ulnar deviations sensor,and the pronation/supination sensor.After designing wrist motion measurement and calibration instrument,wrist decoupling algorithm and system calibration method was studied.The application of the wrist movement measurement system in human-computer interaction was studied.The virtual hand interaction platform was established to achieve consistent movement between virtual hand and human wrist.Based on the wrist-powered robotic arm,a new robotic arm interaction control method was studied to achieve object grabbing.
