With the increasing workload of operation and maintenance in substation and other fields,it's significant to build intelligent patrol system for electric power field operation,which is based on wearable devices and wireless sensor network to collect human body and work environment information.Based on this,this paper combines the research situation of smart wearable equipment in the research project of South China Power Grid,which is participated by the research group.Aiming at the requirement of micro-power wireless networking for wearable devices in the field of positioning,information collection of electrical devices,etc.The cooperative networking optimization technology of wearable devices wireless sensor networks for electric power operation field is studied to ensure the precise positioning of wearable equipment and effective collection of multi-source information.Firstly,in order to ensure the safety of inspectors in power field,this paper designs a GPS/UWB integrated positioning scheme for power wearable equipment.The fusion mechanism of GPS and UWB positioning data based on Helmert variance component estimation algorithm is proposed.The simulation results show that the average positioning error is less than the meter level to the centimeter level,which meets the requirement of high precision positioning in electric power field.Secondly,considering the characteristics of the job site environment,the installation and deployment of test nodes and their requirements for the survivability of wireless sensor networks,the shortcomings of traditional LEACH networking algorithm are analyzed.This paper presents an improved LEACH networking algorithm.In order to balance the load of each node,an adaptive method of communication radius based on energy series is proposed.The simulation results show that the algorithm effectively balances the network load,improves the network life and meets the requirements of low power consumption of wearable equipment networking in power operation site.Finally,aiming at the actual field environment of Dongguan Power Supply Bureau's 500 kV Zongjiang Substation,an intelligent inspection system including wearable helmet,bracelet,monitoring sensor,4G public network and background management system is designed.At the same time,the data acquisition scheme of UWB field deployment,network positioning and patrol system in the safe operation area is designed,which creates favorable conditions for the popularization of intelligent patrol inspection in the power network operation site.
