The orbital station domain is an important subsystem of urban space,and ?walking? is the absolute core of regional transportation.Without addressing the ?walkability? problem of good intercourse,the overall livability and sustainability of the city cannot be discussed.The ?central type? belongs to the higher-ranking site area of the orbital station type,and has more complicated walking space,behavior and subject.Therefore,a more complex requirement for station walkability is proposed.In contrast to the current situation in China,there are still many problems in the six types of feasibility,continuity,safety,convenience,comfort and pleasure of the central rail transit station.These problems restrict the walking system of the station to a certain extent.Further development."Without scientific evaluation,there will be no scientific decision-making." Only by constructing a comprehensive pedestrian comprehensive evaluation system can we seek the weak links in the current stage in the scientific evaluation,so as to systematically improve the walking of the station space and advocate "people-oriented".City building.Therefore,"how to scientifically measure walking" has become the starting point of this paper.Focusing on the above problems,this paper takes the central type of rail transit station as the research object,based on the three theoretical sections of "tracking station domain","walking" and "evaluation",and constructs the scientific measurement of walking as the main goal.The comprehensive evaluation system of the central-type rail transit station in Chongqing provides an effective theory,method and practice for the pedestrian evaluation of the rail transit station.This paper follows the research ideas of "background research-basic research-evaluation system construction-evaluation system application",and studies from the following four aspects:1)Background research(Chapter 1):Exploring the necessity of ?walking? research in the ?motorization? era.Taking the problems that the rail transit is embedded in the urban space as the starting point,this paper puts forward the research topic of this paper--the comprehensive evaluation of the walking of the central rail transit station.On this basis,the "central rail transit station" and "walking" The concepts of "sexual evaluation" and "comprehensive evaluation system" are defined.The main research methods of this paper are summarized from three aspects: theoretical research,data analysis and field investigation.The research content and technical route of this paper are finally clarified.2)Basic research(Chapters 2 and 3):Contains theoretical basis and exploration and investigation.The former mainly summarizes the characteristics,scope and classification of the station domain,analyzes the walking space-behavior-demand of the orbital station domain,and uses it on the basis of the system translation of 8 foreign web-side auditing tools and 24 lower-line measuring metrics.The frequency analysis method preliminarily summarizes the impact factors of walking;the latter completes the screening and classification of Chongqing central station on the basis of it,and explores its impact on the pedestrian intermediate frequency through the investigation of three typical central station sites.The relationship of factors.3)Construction of the evaluation system(Chapters 4 and 5):Three rounds of screening(frequency analysis,relevance discussion,expert and user questionnaire)based on the influencing factors of the previous walk,from the target layer-the criterion layer-the indicator layer The index system of the central station domain is summarized,and on this basis,the comprehensive evaluation of the pedestrian center of Chongqing central rail transit station is constructed through five major norms(index extraction-level construction-weight assignment-data quantification-level definition).system.4)Application of the evaluation system(Chapter 6):Select the typical commercial center type station domain-Guanyin Bridge to conduct an empirical study of the comprehensive evaluation system for walking.Using questionnaire interview survey,auditor collection,field survey measurement and other methods to obtain quantitative data of indicators,and based on this,through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to summarize the single-factor fuzzy evaluation results of the criteria layer and the multi-index comprehensive evaluation results of the target layer.
