Research On Safety Psychological Evaluation Method Of Rail Transit Drivers

With the rapid development of the rail transit industry,the safe operation of rail transit has attracted the attention of all sectors of society.As a key link in the safe operation of rail transit,the safety psychological factors of rail transit drivers directly affect the safety of rail transit driving.At present,there are few studies on the safety psychology of rail transit drivers.Generally,a certain factor affecting the safety psychology of drivers is studied,and a scientific and reasonable safety psychological evaluation system has not been established.Therefore,this paper analyzes the safety psychological factors of rail transit drivers,establishes an evaluation system from multiple dimensions of safety psychology,constructs a safety psychological evaluation model,and develops a safety psychological evaluation system in order to provide a reference for the safety of rail transit operation.Firstly,the violation data of rail transit drivers are collected through field investigation,and descriptive statistical analysis and correlation analysis are carried out by SPSS25.0 software.The results show that the three variables of driver ’s age,marital status and educational background are significantly correlated with the degree of violation.The theory of human biological rhythm is introduced to demonstrate that physical,emotional and intellectual rhythms affect the severity of driver ’s illegal driving,and the proportion of serious illegal driving is the highest when the critical day is two days.Secondly,according to the professional characteristics of rail transit drivers in China,by drawing on the research results of safety psychology at home and abroad,based on the big five personality scale and symptom checklist(SCL-90),a localized safety psychology questionnaire for rail transit drivers was compiled,and the difference and correlation analysis of the questionnaire sample data were carried out.Through the analysis of the influencing factors of safety psychology of rail transit drivers,the evaluation index system of safety psychology of rail transit drivers is established,and the combination weighting method of game theory is proposed to weight the index weight,and the evaluation model of safety psychology of rail transit drivers is constructed.Finally,the safety psychological evaluation system of rail transit drivers is developed,and the realization and application of each module function of the system are completed.Based on track intersection...
