Study On Planning Of Suburban Villages In Shapingba District Of Chongqing City Based On Synergetic Development

With the social and economic development of our country,the large gap between urban and rural areas has become a major issue that restricts the future development of our country.In this regard,the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed a strategy for rural revitalization,which shows that the country attaches importance to the development of rural areas.At the same time,under the background of new urbanization,towns are developing rapidly.Suburban villages are affected by the dual nature of both urban and rural areas and are affected by both urban and rural areas.The development of suburban villages faces opportunities and challenges.At present,foreign countries have conducted a lot of practice and research on rural areas,mainly from the aspects of rural settlement development,land use,and synergetic development of urban and rural areas.In planning and practice,they emphasized the importance of regulations,the protection of rural features,and the implementation of different planning methods for different village classifications.Villagers participate in importance.Domestic scholars conducted research on rural planning process and management,planning problems and solutions,and villager participation.However,research focused on one aspect of the village,such as land use or living facilities,and less on the overall perspective,or takes less consideration for type division and local particularity.Therefore,from a holistic point of view,this paper studies the Synergetic development of suburban villages,and conducts planning strategy and classification research on case villages to provide reference for the development of suburban villages,complementing the research on Synergetic development and the classification of village planning in the current domestic rural planning research.This paper is based on the theory of synergetic development to study village planning.Through sorting out the related theories of synergetic development,it can be concluded that synergistic theory has two important principles: one is synergistic effect: the coordination and cooperation of subsystems makes the overall development of the system larger than the sum of parts,and achieves the transformation from disorder to order;the other is servo principle: the existence of order parameters plays a role in the whole process of system synergy.Key dominant role.Based on the theory of Synergetic development and the study of rural planning,this paper puts forward the connotation and planning framework of synergetic development of suburban villages,which mainly includes three main contents: firstly,the framework of synergetic development of suburban villages,which is composed of "district-town-village multi-scale spatial coordination" and "ecological-industrial-living multi-dimensional elements coordination";secondly,The idea of synergetic development planning of suburban villages,which takes three steps: the determination of regional ecological pattern-town-piece production,industrial coordination and industrial layout,village construction,facilities and environmental optimization and renewal;the third is the implementation path of synergetic development planning of suburban villages,which is consist of "urban and rural co-prosperity,joint villages and towns,ecological-industrial-living coordination".Among them,ecological-industrial-living features are the three subsystems of village planning.At the village level,the coordinated planning of industrial space,ecological space and living space should be carried out according to the land use situation.On the basis of theoretical research,this paper takes the suburban villages in Shapingba District of Chongqing as an example to carry out empirical research.Four typical villages are selected and divided into comprehensive development villages,industrial villages,ecological villages and general villages according to their specific conditions of land use,population development,industrial economy,ecological environment and living facilities.At the same time,combined with the characteristics of villages,the practical strategies of collaborative planning of the three spaces are discussed respectively.Among them,the collaborative planning of production space starts from the choice of leading industries and the synergetic development of agriculture,industry and tourism in space;the collaborative planning of ecological space starts from the protection of the overall ecological pattern of villages and the optimal utilization of ecological space;the collaborative planning of living space is to understand the satisfaction and demand of villagers and the planning standards of urban and rural areas in Chongqing.On this basis,the layout of living space and living service facilities is planned to promote the development of villages through the coordination and cooperation of the three major spaces.Different types of villages match different emphases in the process of collaborative planning.Different strategies should be put forward according to the different types of villages.Comprehensive development-oriented villages pay attention to the synergetic development of production space,ecological space and living space,industrial villages pay attention to the integration and development of production space and living space,ecological villages pay attention to the virtuous cycle of ecological space and production space,and general villages pay attention to the mutual promotion of living space and ecological space.Based on the study of the status quo of suburban village planning in Shapingba District,this paper puts forward the planning framework,planning ideas and implementation path of suburban villages,and probes into the cooperative planning strategies of different types of suburban villages,supplements the deficiencies of the current research on village classification in rural planning,and puts forward a new idea of overall recognition and comprehensive cooperative planning of suburban villages,so as to provide other suburban villages with new ideas.The practice of village planning provides practical reference.
