Research On Suburban Fusion Village Village Planning Under The Background Of Land Space Planning

Under the background of land space planning in full swing,accelerating rural revitalization and urban-rural integration development getting into a new stage,it is the key task of our country to formulate village planning scientifically and reasonably,to promote village construction and development,and to realize the revitalization of the vast rural areas.Suburban fusion Village is the most rapid and sensitive area of urbanization and the pilot area of rural revitalization where urban and rural factors flow more frequently.At present,the academic community has carried out deeply analysis on the village planning method,content,path and other aspects under the land and space planning.And we has accumulated some research basis and practical experience in the aspects of the construction strategy,development mode and so on for the villages in the suburban area.The existing research on suburban integration village planning is slightly insufficient in the context of land space planning transformation.In order to accurately promote the diversified development of different types of villages under the background of planning system reform,this paper is amed to explores the planning strategies for suburban integration villages guided by problems and development oriented under the background of land and space planning.On the basis of combing the background,studying and summarizing the relevant theories and existing land space planning,village planning research and practice,this paper carries out the research according to the idea of finding problems,analyzing problems and solving problems.Firstly,according to the different scale of cities,this paper selects two types of cities with large difference in radiation impact on the surrounding areas for comparative analysis,and divides the suburban integration villages into two types: suburban integration villages around big cities and suburban integration villages around small cities,Through the research,there are some differences in land use,population flow,industrial development and environmental features between suburban integration villages and other types of villages.Then,it analyzes the current situation of suburban integration villages from four aspects :policy,planning,construction and development,village governance.Based on this,guided by problems and development,combined with the new requirements of land space planning,from the perspective of urban-rural integration and symbiotic development,this paper puts forward systematic countermeasures from four aspects:policy,land space planning,construction and development,and village governance.At the same time,it provides guarantee for the development and implementation of village construction.Finally,the research results are applied to Chenlong village,cenhe Town,Jingzhou City to demonstrate the feasibility and applicability of the research results.
