With the promotion of sustainable development,a raising number of buildings are using energy-saving technologies to become green buildings or energy-efficient buildings.At the same time,a large number of scientific research on building energy conservation are processing.This paper is supported by one of the National Key R&D programs,Solutions to heating and cooling of buildings in the Yangtze River region.In this project,there are 21 participating units,and its financial fund from the Ministry of Science and Technology is up to 45 million RMB,proving that it is definitely a huge research project.However,in this major research project,there are a large number of difficulties during managing its demonstration projects.For example,the time for implementing scientific demonstration is very limited,collaboration activities between units are difficult to conduct,and there are many uncertainties together with huge amount of information during the demonstration process.How to break through the shortcomings of the traditional management,manage its large number of demonstrations and related information efficiently and promote to achieve the overall goal of the research project? It is a huge challenge for the management personnel of the major research project undertakers.For the undertakers of the major research project in HVAC,it is a chief work that to build communication mechanism among the various subsystems in the demonstration project management and standardize the information transmission process,so as to effectively manage the multi-party information.With the development of informatization,it is an inevitable development trend to realize the informatization management for demonstrations of major research projects.This paper is to study the information flow model for management process of major research project demonstration in HVAC,and adopt the information flow modeling method IDEF0 v,which is suitable for the management process of scientific demonstration project.By the modeling method as long as the in-depth analysis of the management links and information,The undertaker-oriented information flow model of six subsystems of research result,preliminary screening,feasibility demonstration,application implementation,on-site monitoring and review verification was established.This paper takes the major research project in HVAC,Solutions to heating and cooling of buildings in the Yangtze River region,as an example,and applies the information flow model to manage more than 40 demonstration projects of the research project.Choose one of them,the HVAC system demonstration project of the Guangshen Town Center Kindergarten in Chongzhou City,as the validate object for description of the model application.According to the characteristics,the information flow model was established.After practice verification,using the information flow model during the demonstration management of the major research project,the management process can be standardized and collaboration between units can be promoted,as a result of which the research project's own assessment targets can be achieved.
