Research On Urban Park Reconstruction And Renewal Under The Background Of New Era

Most of China’s urban parks were built earlier and longer,and they have precious natural resources and a good human environment.Due to the extension of service years and the lack of effective management and maintenance,these urban parks continue to age and need to be updated.As social and economic development enters a new stage,urban transformation and life changes bring new development opportunities for urban parks.At the same time,there are also many challenges that cannot fully adapt to the current modern urban life that accelerates change,resulting in a gap between the supply and demand of the park.We can’t help but reflect on whether the existing park material space can cope with the future urban development and the transformation of citizens’needs.Is the current construction of urban parks sufficient to show the prevalence and mode of action of using the characteristics of the people themselves?Therefore,this paper takes urban park as the research object,takes its transformation and renewal strategy as the research content,and follows the basic idea of "propose the problem—analyze the problem-solve the problem",trying to explore the effective methods of urban park reconstruction and renewal in the new era.In order to alleviate the contradiction between the park construction and the changing demand of the times in the practical sense.First of all,this paper explains the main research background,and on the basis of a large amount of literature,defines relevant concepts,sorts out the status quo of urban park renovation and renewal at home and abroad,and finally establishes the research method and research framework of this paper.Secondly,it sorts out the development process of urban parks,points out the important factors affecting the development and evolution of urban parks,and expounds the changes that have taken place in the context of the new era,and the changes in the lifestyle of urban residents under the influence of this.Based on the development orientation of the park,the needs of citizens’ behavior,the expression of life culture and the need for sustainable development of the park,the contradictions existing in the urban parks in China are summarized.Furthermore,through the exploration of the relevant theories of urban park renewal design,and through some successful cases at home and abroad,the experience and influencing factors of urban park renovation and renewal are summarized.Finally,based on the above research results,from the perspective of macro overall development,medium-level design point of view and micro-following management and maintenance,the urban park transformation and renewal strategies and methods are proposed,in order to adapt to the changes of the times and achieve the vitality.In-depth analysis of the practice project of the renovation and upgrading design of Jingshan Waterfront Park in Zhuhai City,Guangdong Province,as a response to the strategic research.The transformation and renewal of urban parks is a new topic,and it is devoted to exploring the methods and feasibility of urban parks adapting to the changing needs of different eras.By examining the interaction between social environment and urban parks,this paper clarifies that the transformation and renewal should adhere to the healthy ecological background,aim at sustainable vitality,and take the characteristic culture as the core to realize the balance of natural ecology,human activities and regional culture.
