Research On The Renovation And Renewal Strategy Of "L-shaped Block" In Anqing Ancient City

Under the background of urban spatial structure adjustment,the reconstruction and renewal of old cities has become an important part of urban development and construction.Urban renewal of historical block as the government management is not perfect,lead to block function and use of chaos,architecture and landscape are more serious damage,poor infrastructure,inconvenient transportation,the environment became bad,to a certain extent,affect the development of the historical block is delaying the city image and People's Daily life,and cannot adapt to the urban development,and the inheritance and development of the urban context cause greater harm.In the 1980 s,the large-scale demolition and reconstruction of anqing city led to the gradual disappearance of the city's traditional style.The architectural form lacks the guidance of the traditional main line,and the style of the architectural group has been tending to the chinese-style datong."L-shaped block" is located in the historical district of anqing old city,which has three main streets,namely,the street of fuchishi,guohuo street and sipai Lou.There are more traditional buildings in the block.In this paper,the author studies the methods of building renovation and renewal in historical blocks,and investigates and classifies the status quo of buildings in "l-shaped blocks" of anqing ancient city,and proposes renovation and renewal strategies according to the status quo and existing problems of various buildings in the blocks.First of all,the author analyzes and summarizes the methods of building renovation and renewal in the historical blocks combined with cases,providing theoretical basis for this case.Secondly,the current situation of the "l-shaped block" architecture in anqing ancient city was investigated,and the architecture was mainly classified in terms of architectural age,architectural function,architectural height,architectural quality and architectural style characteristics.Thirdly,the existing problems are found through the investigation of the social situation of the block and the investigation of the current situation.Finally,according to the renovation and renewal methods summarized above and combined with the current situation and actual situation of block buildings,appropriate renovation and renewal strategies are proposed to improve the vitality of blocks through the renovation and renewal of buildings,and the renovation and renewal strategies of blocks supplement the previous theories.
