Research On Garment Steamer Design Based On User Demand

The key of product design is to satisfy the demand,that is,whether the product meets people's daily use.With the development of the times,the continuous improvement of people's living standards,the rapid growth of garment steamer products,the user is no longer satisfied with the simple ironing function of the garment steamer products.At the same time,the external shape of the product and the internal emotional demand have also become the key points of concern.Therefore,this article takes garment steamer as the research object,introduces the concept of user demand into the product design of garment steamer,and provides a new way of thinking for the product design of the garment steamer.This subject through the urban white-collar people,business people who are easy to travel By investigating the use function and aesthetic demand of steam hanging machine,the design elements of garment steamer are analyzed,and the knowledge and technology of ergonomics,material science,design aesthetics,design psychology and so on are used to analyze the design elements of garment steamer.The product of garment steamer is improved in shape,function and material,and the steam type garment steamer is designed to make it easy for users to ironing clothes at the same time.Meet the needs of young white-collar workers and business travelers for portability and aesthetics of garment steamers.The article is divided into five chapters.The first chapter of this paper,the introduction part,summarizes the present situation and development course of domestic and foreign garment steamer products,and divides them into three parts.In this paper,the research contents and the research methods of this subject are expounded,and the purpose and significance of this research are also discussed in this paper,as well as the shortcomings of the products of the hanging and ironing machine at present.The second chapter analyzes the technical principle of garment steamer,collects all kinds of garment steamer products in the market,and analyzes their respective advantages,design elements,and the development trend.The author understands the maturity of the existing technology and the advantages and disadvantages of the relevant competitive products in the current market,and lays the groundwork for the demand investigation in the following and the design of the products of the garment steamer.The third chapter mainly discusses the concept and principle of user demand,meanwhile,through questionnaire,user interviewand other ways to understand the user needs of the target group.Through the KANO model,the user demands are sorted out and summarized,and the corresponding relationship between user demands and product attributes is analyzed.In chapter four and chapter five,the research idea and concrete method of transforming user's demand into product attribute are expounded.According to the demand of arrangement,the product design scheme is put forward,and the design practice is carried out by taking the product design of garment steamer as an example.Finally,the design scheme is made and realized.It is hoped that the related research in this paper can provide some reference for the product design of garment steamer.
