Research Of The Regeneration Design Of Old Buildingspace Of Colleges And Universities Under The Background Of Cultural And Creative Industries

Under the background of China’s economic and industrial transformation,upgrading and innovation-driven development strategy,the cultural and creative industry has achieved unprecedented opportunities for development.Colleges and universities have relatively complete R&D institutions and mature discipline systems,and have become the leaders of the development of cultural and creative industries.The adjustment of the urban functional structure has left many industrial buildings with complete structure,complete functions and long service life.These buildings,as an important component of the city,carry the historical memories and stories of a city.In the context of the country’s advocacy of green and low-carbon buildings,these old buildings will be opened up for new use through appropriate transformation,upgrading and reuse.At the same time,with the development of innovation and entrepreneurship in colleges and universities,as a R&D and incubator of the cultural and creative industry,it is necessary to expand new architectural space to meet its development needs.Colleges and universities can transform old industrial buildings left in the city or idle buildings inside the school.To solve the problem of insufficient space,and at the same time improve the quality of the urban space environment,while saving the industrial culture,to save a lot of manpower,material resources and financial resources^[1].From the perspective of the development of cultural and creative industries,this paper takes"architectural space regeneration"as the research purpose,and is divided into three aspects to demonstrate the old building regeneration service in the cultural creation industry,namely:the extraction and integration of the old architectural space elements,the integration of spiritual culture and establishment of decorative style and the spatial layout of old buildings;through the analysis of these three aspects,seek diversified transformation direction for the effective and rational use of old industrial buildings,and also provide for the reuse of old buildings in colleges and universities.New ideas.Finally,the project of Hebei Agricultural University No.1 Creative Industrial Park was taken as an example for practical testing.
