Research On The Space Environment Design Of Contemporary Cultural And Creative Industry Parks

With the advancement of urbanization and the development of the electronic technology industry,traditional industries have taken a hit,and large numbers of industrial buildings have been left vacant and abandoned in the process of improving the urban spatial layout,becoming industrial remains.As witnesses to the urban development and changes,they carry the memory of industrial historical and cultural development in a specific period.Therefore,how to use modern design methods for renovation of industrial remains,so that they can play a new role and value in the development of modern society is worth thinking for designers.On this basis,cultural industry park has become a new approach for renovation of industrial remains.In this paper,regeneration principles and strategies of cultural industry park are proposed by comparison and analysis of the relevant research status at home and abroad and the old factory renovation design cases as well as summary of the comprehensive value system of the old factory in Baima Mountain from the perspectives of the inheritance of history and culture,the coexistence of the old and the new,and the continuation of historical memory.In the process of design,the industrial elements that are representative and valuable for design and utilization in the old factory area of Baima Mountain are extracted and applied to the space and environment with modern design techniques,so that the historical and cultural memory of the old factory area of Baima Mountain can be maintained,and they can also play a positive role in the renewal of urban context and the establishment of urban image.Meanwhile,it is hoped that this research will be beneficial to open up new ideas for the renovation and design of old factories in the future,thus creating a cultural industry park that fully conforms to the sustainable urban development.
