Study On Renewal Planning Of Urban Residential Community Based On Micro-Regeneration

Under the background of the stock development of urban land resources in China,community regeneration has gradually become an important way to improve the quality and connotation of cities.Being restricted by urban development demand and large-scale regeneration use,urban communities are developing slowly,as a result,urban landscape is monotonous,urban texture is damaged,ecological environment is destroyed,and social network is missing.On this basis,the micro-renewal of urban communities has become an effective way for cities and society to replenish and rehabilitate.It has important theoretical and practical significance for promoting the fine and quality development of urban construction.The main work and achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)The research progress of old city regeneration,community regeneration and micro-regeneration are reviewed.The connotation of urban community micro-regeneration is defined,and the conceptual models is established.Problems in the process of urban community micro-regeneration are analyzed,the research trend of urban community micro-regeneration in research content,application scale and research field is analyzed.On this basis,the path of urban community micro-regeneration is proposed from five aspects: functional facilities,community boundary and public transport,stock resources and space,spatial differentiation and stratification,and scientific decision-making.(2)The field research on community living conditions of Yindu Community,Songshan Community and Xuanqing Community in Harbin are carried out from the six aspects: community space structure,buildings,public service facilities,road traffic,green landscape and property management.The living conditions requirements in three communities is analyzed,the main problems in the residential community of Harbinis summarized from four aspects: the decline of community functional structure,the improper use of public space,the lack of management of aging facilities,the enhancement of community heterogeneity caused by population aging.(3)The concept of community living environment attention and evaluation is analysised,The evaluation model of living environment attention degree evaluation is established based on the intersection of evaluation parameters of living environment satisfaction,complaints and anticipation.The pyramid of community living environment regeneration need levels is proposed based on the survey data,and the observation parameters of community living environment attention evaluation are determined.Thethree communities' living environment attention are evaluated through Origin software,the content and attention level of the living environment that each community residents pay attention to is obtained.(4)Strategies of community living environment regeneration are proposed based on micro-regeneration,stared from the structure of community environment micro-regeneration,combied with the evaluation results of community living environment attention,which mainly includes the following six aspects: improving public space level and network,improving transportation system,enriching leisure activities,improving public service facilities,enriching street and courtyard greening,and adding environmental essays.
