The railway signal system is an important carrier to ensure the smooth operation of trains.As an important part of the interval automatic blocking signal equipment,the frequency shift track circuit is also a key equipment to ensure the smooth flow of high-speed railway..As our country railway transportation density increases year by year,and the shorter and shorter time span of vertical skylights has led to an increase in the risk of maintenance personnel along the railway.However,the outdoor equipment of the track circuit far from the signalwork area must be guaranteed to work properly.However,the outdoor equipment of the track circuit far from the signal work area must be guaranteed to work properly.Therefore,it is urgent to develop a terminal system that can monitor the working state of outdoor signal devices in real time indoors.To this end,a ZPW-2000A Frequency Shift Modulated Track CircuitOutdoor Equipment Fault Warning System scheme is designed.Specifically complete the following work:Firstly,the related literatures are reviewed.The basic structure and working principle of the frequency-shift track circuit are briefly analyzed.The overall structure of the outdoor equipment fault warning system for the frequency-shift track circuit is designed.The simulation of the ZPW-2000 A frequency-shift track circuit based on Simulink is built.The platform,and the Simulink simulation of the track circuit,the simulation waveform of the electrical parameters of the outdoor device is obtained.Secondly,combined with the system structure and working principle of the outdoor equipment,complete the software and hardware design of the whole system including the outdoor equipment fault early warning system of the upper computer terminal frequency shift track circuit and the outdoor equipment signal monitoring board of the lower computer,and select the frequency shift track circuit.The electrical parameters of the outdoor equipment are used as input signals,and the analog/digital conversion,buffering and forwarding functions of the real-time status data of the field are realized by the outdoor equipment signal monitoring board.The W5500 wireless transmission module is used to transmit data to the indoors remotely.The indoor terminal monitoring and early warning system is used for analyzing and processing data and fault alarm.Finally,field tests were carried out to verify the voltage monitoring and fault alarm functions of the track circuit early warning system.
