In order to promote the development of the economic field,Chinese railway industry construction had made outstanding contributions to this.In the process of on-site construction of railway bridges,temporary structures including formwork,brackets,hanging baskets,etc.,provide the necessary guarantee for the pouring and forming of railway bridges.The rational design of the temporary structure and the correct construction are important links to ensure the safety of the bridge construction and the quality of the construction.For the projects with special requirements,the requirements for the temporary structure of the bridge are put forward higher.This paper combined Beihou Rivier bridge.The bridge is a(80+152+80)m continuous rigid frame structure,and the key technologies for the design and construction of the temporary structure including the formwork,brackets and hanging baskets are studied.The bridge pier was constructed by using a wooden formwork combined with a steel bracket combined hydraulic self-climbing die.Through theoretical calculation,the structural design was reasonable.The large steel formwork was selected as the pier top formwork to reduce the construction joints.The bracket was assembled to ensure rapid construction,and the structural safety performance was verified by Midas/Civil software.The specific preloading scheme design of the triangular hanging basket in the cantilever casting process was carried out.The numerical analysis results were further combined to analyze the applicability of the hanging basket structure under different working conditions.And the displacement of the upper beam body and the internal stress monitoring of the beam body were guided to guide the beam body construction.The monitoring results of the upper beam showed that the beam shape was reasonable and smooth,and the internal stress was within the allowable range,which also meeted the technical requirements.The research results showed that reasonable temporary structure design and necessary monitoring and measurement can ensure the rapid construction of bridges and construction safety.The design and construction of the temporary structure of the Beihou river bridge and the beam monitoring meet the construction safety requirements.
