Shield construction technology has been widely used in the construction of urban subway,river crossing channel,underground pipeline and other tunnel projects.Due to the complex geological environment of shield tunneling,the tunneling effect of shield tunneling in different strata varies greatly,so the evaluation of tunneling adaptability of shield tunneling becomes an urgent problem to be solved.This paper studies the tunneling adaptability evaluation of shield tunneling with fuzhou metro line 2 as the engineering background.Based on the engineering background of the seventh bid section of fuzhou metro line 2,this paper provides basic data for the selection and adaptability evaluation of shield tunneling by analyzing the general process of key nodes and the key and difficult points of shield tunneling construction in the interval.The relevant parameters of the shield are calculated and analyzed to determine the key technical parameters of the shield.Based on the analysis of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory and the characteristics of shield tunneling adaptability evaluation,the feasibility of using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory to evaluate the tunneling adaptability of shield tunneling was confirmed.According to the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and calculation,the weight coefficient of each index system was determined by mathematical calculation software,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of tunneling adaptability of shield was established.The tunneling adaptability evaluation model is used to evaluate the tunneling adaptability of shield tunneling.It is proved that the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of tunneling adaptability of shield tunneling has certain evaluation reliability and this evaluation method has practical value.
