| Since the 21 st century,with the development of the Internet of Things,cloud computing,in-depth learning,artificial intelligence and other technologies,the need for integration of information and water industry has been raised to an unprecedented height.High-tech information technology is gradually infiltrating into the water industry,and a large number of national water resources information systems,such as the national flood control and drought relief command system,water resources construction and management information system,are constantly emerging,which makes the construction of water resources information in China develop towards a healthy,sustainable and modern direction.The main stream of Xijiang River is the focus of flood control in Guangxi.The construction of non-engineering measures improves the flood control system of the main stream of Xijiang River.However,the influence of reservoir group dispatching on the sensitive targets such as cities,towns,villages,enterprises and transportation facilities along the river and the need for early warning are not paid much attention,and the early warning information for these sensitive targets is lacking,and the corresponding early warning rules are lacking.Therefore,in order to protect the sensitive points such as towns and counties along the main stream of the Xijiang River,it is urgent to draw up a joint early warning plan for reservoirs along the main stream of the Xijiang River.Through the compilation of joint early warning rules,an early warning system can be formed to meet the early warning needs of the sensitive points along the main stream of the Xijiang River,and at the same time,it can provide reference for the administrative decision-making of the government management departments in flood season.On the basis of studying the physical geography,water conservancy project development and flood disaster analysis of Xijiang River Basin,this paper analyses the flood characteristics of Xijiang River Basin,and concretely analyses the causes and characteristics of flood,natural design flood of main hydrological stations,interval flood,design flood after Longtan Reservoir of Qianjiang Hydrological Station and the rationality of flood results.On the basis of flood analysis,a multi-model early warning and forecasting system based on interval runoff generation model,river evolution model,hydrodynamic model and multi-reservoir regular dispatching model is constructed,and the early warning issuance and management are carried out for sensitive objects in Xijiang River Basin.At present,B/S system is more and more popular because of its good versatility,convenience,portability and other characteristics.Based on MVC design pattern,this paper chooses SSH(Spring,Spring MVC,Hibernate)framework set to develop among many frameworks,uses relational database Oracle and MySQL as data storage,and develops a complete Xijiang flood early warning and forecasting system.The system mainly includes login verification part,operation monitoring part,scheme drafting part,early warning release part and summary evaluation part.The whole system has reasonable configuration,average resource allocation and good performance. |
