As a new technology,magnetic separation has gradually played a unique role in the field of ore dressing,water treatment and biological research.Electromagnetic coil is an important part of magnetic separation device.It is used to produce different magnetic field environment.As important operating parameters,its temperature and current directly determine the production efficiency and safety index of magnetic separation device.Therefore,real-time monitoring is very important.The harsh environment of industrial magnetic separation field often brings unstable parameter acquisition and signal transmission to the monitoring system.In view of this,this paper studies the remote monitoring system of temperature and current of magnetic separation electromagnetic coil,which provides a new monitoring technology for magnetic separation.In this paper,the principle and structure of magnetic separation device are studied,including temperature,communication and other factors in its industrial application environment.The working current and temperature rise characteristics of electromagnetic coil are analyzed.The design of monitoring system is completed by collecting operation data and realizing remote communication control.The design of this paper is carried out from two aspects of hardware and software.In the aspect of hardware design,according to the structure and requirement of the system,different types of hardware are discussed and compared.Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)is chosen as the core control platform of the monitoring system,and its connection and function expansion are completed.Single chip computer and platinum thermal resistance are selected to constitute the temperature acquisition module,and the signal conditioning circuit and data processing electricity of temperature are designed and welded.The short message service in the global mobile communication system(GSM)is chosen as the communication mode,and TC35 I is used as the short message chip.The interface circuit of the module is designed and welded.In the aspect of software design,the communication protocols under different communication interfaces of each module in the system are studied and discussed separately,and the program code of each part is completed.A program flow with multi-level control logic and multi-interface communication is proposed,which solves the problem of data communication between different interfaces,and completes the remote interaction between the monitoring system and the mobile communication terminal.On the basis of the above work,the whole platform of remote monitoring and control experimental device is built.After a series of system debugging and testing,three main functions of the remote monitoring system are tested.The experimental results are good and can achieve the expected target function,which verifies the feasibility of the remote monitoring system.
