The Research On A Kind Of Auto-testing System Of Electromagnetic Voltage Relay

Electromagnetic relay is one of the most widespread electric appliance components in kinds of fields especially in the important martial engineering of country because of it’s huge insulating resistance when it is open and low resistance when it is closed. With the development of technology and science, design and produce processing of relay and test technology have made a great progress, and have become more and more automatic, which is manual in the past decades. The needs in practical production is fully considered for the testing system mentioned in this paper. All of the parameters testing processing is finished in the last work step. It also cuts down the accessorial time and the equipment cost. The main content of this article introduced as follows,1. We present the testing principle and the implement method for the testing of all kinds of electrical parameter of the testing system.2. This system combined analog and digital electronic technology with computer technology, completed related parameter automatic test of voltage relay. Considering the practical condition, the circuit with all kinds of functions is advanced and conformed to test all the parameters in one work stage. Then, we give the design details of the testing system.3. The error analysis and system precision of the testing system is given. And anti-disturbance is also mentioned.4. A friendly and quickly software that could show the testing results is designed.
