With the continuous development of mechanical automation,rolling linear guideway as an excellent guide component,its application scope is more and more extensive,at the same time,it also puts forward higher requirements on accuracy and performance.Nowadays,most of the rolling linear guides are produced by cold drawing technology.Because of the immaturity of cold drawing technology and production technology,the rolling linear guides produced by cold drawing in China are not only of poor quality,but also of incomplete models.As a result,most of the domestic demand for rolling linear guides is still imported from abroad.In order to improve the accuracy of the linear guide,the internal stress distribution and straightness of the rolling linear guide during the cold drawing process are studied in this paper.In this paper,the rolling linear guide is selected as the research object,through the selection of the blank,the determination of the cold drawing pass,the distribution of each pass extension coefficient,the determination of the section processing rate,the design of the cold drawing die hole,and the determination of the cold drawing die parameters.The design of the cold-drawn die was finally completed.The third pass of cold-drawn rolling linear guide is simulated by finite element analysis software ABAQUS.The dynamic process of cold-drawn rolling linear guide,the deformation and stress-strain of rolling linear guide during cold-drawn are analyzed.The distribution of residual stress is described in detail,and the selection method of residual stress and straightness as evaluation indexes is introduced.The finite element analysis software ABAQUS is used to simulate the annealing stress relief of the cold-drawn rolling linear guideway.The temperature analysis and residual stress change of the three stages of annealing stress relief treatment are carried out,and the selection method of residual stress and straightness as evaluation indexes is introduced.Five pass parameters A,B,C,D and E of the second pass cold drawing die were selected based on finite element analysis.Orthogonal experiments were designed todetermine the influence of pass parameters on residual stress and straightness of rolling linear guide,and the optimal combination of pass parameters was obtained.Based on the two evaluation indexes of residual stress and straightness,the values of the pore parameters of the cold drawing die were finally determined.
