| patients with lower limbs dysfunction are eager to get out of the room with the help of nursing equipments.However,transport between the bed and the equipment is still based on the traditional hand lifting and shoulder lifting,which is easy to bring secondary injuries.There is a common problem with existing transfer equipments: transfer equipment are not portable and can only work in a small room.When outdoor patients reach a new indoor environment,they can not use transfer equipments for transferring.Aiming at the existing problems,this paper designs a new folding transfer nursing machine.Firstly,based on function,man-machine engineering theory,anthropometry theory,modularization theory,the transferring equipment and nursing equipment are combined into one equipment,integrated into one equipment,namely the transfer machine module and the wheelchair stretcher module.Then design specific structure and size for its.Secondly,for the transfer machine module,study the force analysis of the key parts in the load components and transmission components.Then study the finite element simulation by using simulation.According to the simulation results,optimize its structure and size,select model and proofread of the motor,speed reducer and conveyor belt.At the moment,select model of the gear components,proofread the contact strength of the tooth surface and the bending strength of the gear,and present dynamic analysis of gear.Thirdly,for the wheelchair stretcher vehicle module,the degree of freedom,kinematics,statics,dynamics,vibration of the whole equipment and kinematics and dynamics of the mobile platform based on Mecanum wheel are analyzed,and the Solidworks Motion simulation,Simulation finite element simulation are carried out.Finally,the paper designs electromechanical control system of folding transfer nursing machine and tests it by experiment. |
