In this paper,the problems existing in the blade type hydraulic shock absorber of the current crawler vehicle suspension system in China are based on the performance and reliability of the blade type hydraulic shock absorber,using elastic mechanics,engineering fluid mechanics,dynamic testing technology and numerical calculation method.With relevant knowledge,the system deeply analyzes the theoretical analysis,numerical calculation and experimental research of a type of crawler vane hydraulic shock absorber selected in this paper.The specific content of this paper is:According to the structural characteristics of the crawler elbow internal oil and gas suspension and the blade type hydraulic shock absorber,the elastic model of the elbow internal oil and gas suspension is analyzed and established,and the piston rod motion process is studied when the elbow internal oil suspension is externally excited.On the basis of the above research,the combination of theory and experiment is used to determine the flow model of the blade hydraulic damper in the laminar flow state,and the flow parameters of the model are fitted to obtain the damping force expression of the blade hydraulic damper.The equation of state of the flow field in the vane hydraulic damper is derived by using the basic governing equations in fluid mechanics,and the turbulent state equation of the actual flow field is characterized by the characteristics of its flow field.Combined with the finite element method,the internal flow field characteristics of the vane hydraulic damper are simulated and analyzed.On this basis,analyze the transient characteristics of your internal flow field and study the relationship between the differential pressure,the excitation speed and its damping force.From the safety considerations of the blade type hydraulic shock absorber,the transient flow field simulation of the cartridge-type safety valve installed in the blade rotating frame is carried out,and the pressure distribution characteristics and the opening and closing characteristics of the valve flap are obtained.Experimental research on the vane type hydraulic shock absorber.The relationshipbetween the damping force of the vane hydraulic shock absorber and the excitation speed is further analyzed,and compared with the theoretical and numerical simulation results,the accuracy of the transient flow field simulation is verified.
