As the automotive industry began to advocate the concept of energy-driven,green and sustainable development,in order to reduce the pollution of fuel vehicles to the environment,the development of new energy electric vehicles has become the future direction of development.As an important auxiliary equipment of automotive system,the traditional automotive air conditioning system driven by asynchronous motor or brush motor can hardly meet the development requirements of new energy automotive electric air conditioning motor drive.At present,electric vehicles can not use fuel engine to provide power source for electric air conditioning drive,because no longer get power from the engine,so it is necessary to study other ways to drive electric air conditioning.This paper aims at this practical problem,and develops a brushless DC motor control system for electric vehicle air conditioning.Firstly,a mathematical model is established based on the basic principle of BLDCM control system,then the transfer function of motor control is derived,and the control system scheme of BLDCM is determined.Secondly,aiming at the defect of inaccurate position sensor signal in the harsh working environment such as vibration and high temperature,sensorless control technology is adopted in motor control to simplify the mechanical structure and improve the operation performance of air conditioning compressor.By combining the advantages of fuzzy control theory and traditional PID control,the design of fuzzy PID controller,speed loop and current loop of control system are completed.The simulation model of brushless DC motor control system is built by using MATLAB/Simulink.The simulation results show that the overshoot of the motor control system based on fuzzy PID is less than 1%,and the response time reaches the reference speed within 0.014 s.The system has faster recovery time and stronger robustness than the traditional PID algorithm when sudden disturbance occurs.Finally,using ARM(STM32)chip as the core,using Altium Designer softwaredesign brushless DC motor control system hardware schematic diagram and drawing circuit board,based on modular design idea to complete the system software program design,and use library functions to improve the efficiency of program development.Based on the joint debugging of hardware and software,the experiment results show that the BLDCM control system based on the fuzzy PID control algorithm can switch to the closed-loop control mode accurately under the three-stage starting method to ensure the smooth and smooth operation of the motor and achieve the desired results.
