In recent years,with the growth of China's economic strength and the intensification of transportation networks,a large number of three-dimensional cross-over projects have appeared throughout the country.Such projects can effectively alleviate the existing traffic lines while ensuring the normal operation of offline traffic.The traffic congestion problem,the horizontal rotation construction technology of the bridge pier bottom is widely used in such engineering practice.Based on the construction of the newly-built Chifeng-Kazuo Passenger Dedicated Line across the Changchun-Shenzhen Expressway slewing continuous beam,combined with the relevant domestic and international engineering practice experience,the key construction techniques in the construction process of the horizontal rotation of the large-span continuous box girder bottom are firstly carried out.Research contents include large-scale friction test of beam body,balance weighing test and theoretical calculation of rotating body control parameters in bridge turning process.Then using Abaqus and Midas/Civil finite element software to simulate the bearing characteristi of the bridge rotating system and the staged pouring construction process of the mass concrete of the pier.The The local force characteristics of the ball joint and the force deformation of the pier template under different working conditions are obtained.Then,using Midas/Civil finite element software,the assembly analysis of the large-span continuous box girder construction process is carried out,and the deflection and stress data of the beam body at each construction stage are calculated.The comparative analysis shows that during the staged construction of the cantilever main beam,the numerical simulation results of the deflection and stress at each control section of the box girder have less error with the engineering test results.Finally,the gray system theory prediction method is used to establish the GM(1,1)prediction model based on the measured data of the completed construction stage adjacent to the construction stage to be predicted,and the linear and stress changes of the beam body in the next construction stage are predicted.Calculate and solve the prediction model and verify the accuracy through Matlab programming.This paper successfully completed the construction monitoring of the background bridge and achieved good construction monitoring results.It is found that the Numerical simulation method is used to calculate and analyze the staged construction process of mass concrete of bridge piers,which can greatly reduce the quality and safety hazards in the construction process.In view of the linear and stress errors generated during the construction process of the main beam cantilever hanging basket,based on the traditional numerical simulation method,the grey system theory prediction method is used to analyze and adjust the construction error,which can further improve the construction precision and achieve better.Construction monitoring effect.
