With the continuous construction and improvement of the road network,the application of bridge engineering is becoming more and more extensive.The construction of bridges tends to be multi-span and large-span.The state of force and the shape of the bridge are not only related to design,but also extremely the earth relies on the construction method,which greatly increases the requirements for bridge construction.As an important part of the bridge construction process,bridge construction monitoring is an important step to ensure that the bridge is in the construction stage and the bridge shape meets the design requirements,and has a significant impact on the healthy operation after the bridge.Therefore,bridge construction monitoring is indispensable in bridge construction.In this paper,a large-span continuous beam bridge of Shanxi Expressway is taken as the research object,and its construction monitoring technology is studied.The main research contents and summary are summarized as follows:(1)Introducing the bridge construction monitoring theory,using the finite element analysis software Dr.Bridge,using the formal assembly calculation method,the full-bridge finite element model of the long-span continuous beam bridge is established for the supporting project,and the main beam of the bridge construction state is analyzed.The state of force and deflection are deformed.(2)Introducing the grey prediction theory,expounding the main ideas of mathematical modeling of grey theory,enumerating several typical grey prediction models,analyzing its main features,and selecting the grey GM model suitable for the bridge type in this paper.(3)Combine with the actual project,select the appropriate original series,perform gray GM modeling,and predict the stress value and deflection value of the next construction stage to achieve the purpose of guiding the construction,thus ensuring the bridge construction state.The stress value and deflection deformation value meet the design requirements.(4)Combining the theoretical data of the stress value and the deflection deformation value of the finite element model of the bridge,by analyzing and comparing the actual stress value and the deflection deformation value of the construction process and the prediction data of the gray GM model,the gray GM model can be obtained.The correlation between the predicted value and the measured value is higher than the correlation between the theoretical value and the measured value of the finite element model.Therefore,the application of grey prediction theory in bridge construction control is practical,and it can effectively correct the finite element model data of bridge construction.
