Research On Optimization Of Quality Cost Control In K Automotive Parts Manufacturing Enterprise

For the manufacturing industry,product quality is the first priority to ensure the development of enterprises,and in order to ensure or improve product quality,it must pay the corresponding costs,so quality cost control is particularly important for manufacturing industry.Through the implementation of quality cost statistics,analysis and reporting,strengthening the control of quality cost can achieve the goal of reducing cost and increasing efficiency.In addition,it can also enable companies to focus on product quality in the increasingly fierce competition,showing lasting development potential and sustainability.Therefore,deepening the exploration of enterprise quality cost control is helpful to innovate the related theory and system structure of quality cost management,and in practice,it is also helpful for the company to deal with the relationship between quality and cost.Under the precondition of ensuring the quality of products,we strive to control the quality cost effectively,then dilute the cost of products,and ultimately achieve the goal of improving the quality efficiency.The research object of this paper is K Automotive Parts Manufacturing Company,which has been working for nearly five years.Through consulting a large number of documents on quality cost control,drawing on relevant scientific research ideas and combining with the company's on-the-spot investigation results,this paper analyzed the product production process,organization,quality cost accounting and control status in the quality cost control of K Automobile Parts Manufacturing Company,and combined with the questionnaire feedback conclusion,found that the enterprise's institutional settings,data collection accounting analysis,quality cost analysis.Defects in control process,etc.Furthermore,a comprehensive quality cost control promotion plan was formulated,supplemented by safeguard measures.After the implementation of the optimization scheme,through continuous improvement of quality and management methods,quality cost control will form a complete system.It is expected that the company's quality cost accounting will be more thorough and powerful control,and promote the company to control quality cost.Finally,this paper will also test the implementation effect of the optimization scheme,so as to make the article more comprehensive and substantial.
