With the continuous improvement of science and technology and the development of economic globalization,enterprises are in a new environment where opportunities and challenges coexist.Customer satisfaction oriented market competition is getting fiercer and fiercer,product quality has become a key factor for enterprises to improve their core competitiveness,and any behavior that improves product quality will lead to cost increase,which refers to quality cost.Building materials equipment enterprises,as China's traditional manufacturing enterprises,with the economic globalization and the popularization of information technology,has also begun the transition to a new type of enterprise.In order to adapt to social development faster and improve corporate profitability and market share,enterprises must ensure that the enterprise level of science and technology constantly,customer satisfaction and quality cost control should be improved in the process of informatization.Therefore,based on the consideration of customer satisfaction,this study makes a detailed research on the quality cost subject of building material equipment manufacturing enterprises,predicts the quality cost according to the previous quality cost data,and predicts customer satisfaction according to the quality cost subject.This article takes building material equipment a enterprise as an example,the main research content is as follows:(1)In consideration of the main factors that affect quality cost are analyzed from several aspects,such as raw material procurement,product R & D,production,sale and after-sales,quality cost three level subjects based on product life-cycle is established.(2)Based on the analysis of the drawbacks of the existing quality cost model,a gray linear regression model of quality level and quality cost is constructed by combining gray GM(1,1)and linear regression to predict the quality cost in advance,and compared with the traditional model,the superiority of the model is verified.(3)Considering the relationship between customer satisfaction and quality cost,building materials equipment manufacturing enterprise quality cost optimization model is built,the model first Adam was used to optimize neural network algorithm,and through the indicators of quality cost budget,forecasts of customer satisfaction.Compared with the simulation results of SGD,SGD(Nesterov)and Adagrad algorithm,Adam optimized neural network algorithm superiority is verified.Finally,on the basis of quality cost budget and customer satisfaction target,the function relationship between quality cost index and customer satisfaction is fitted,which is used to optimize quality cost index,ensure customer satisfaction and optimize quality cost control.(4)The quality cost management requirements and objectives of the building materials equipment manufacturing enterprises were investigated and analyzed.The quality cost management system that meets the actual needs of the company was designed and developed.The system actually achieved good application in the company.
