With the transformation of China from a "big automobile country" to a "powerful automobile country",the number of car ownership and female drivers and occupants is increasing year by year.The number of female drivers and occupants involved in a road accident more and more.However,in the actual development of automobile safety protection system,it is designed to protect male occupant to match and evaluate occupant restraint system.In order to better assess the risk of injury to female drivers,the United States has added front-row female dummies to the frontal crash code FMVSS 208.The European Union has added two front-row female dummies and one rear-row female dummy to the frontal crash from the 2015 version of E-NCAP.With the two major international collision regulations and new car assessment program paying more and more attention to the injury risk of female drivers and passengers,domestic and foreign related automobile enterprises also regard female collision safety protection as one of the key research and development of automobile safety.Based on this,this paper selects an SUV of southeast(fujian)automobile industry limited company as the prototype to carry out autonomous forward research and development of automobile crash safety.Sensitivity analysis and response surface design method were used to establish the front 5th percentile female occupant restraint system model,and optimize the model's main constraint system parameters,and verify the design effectiveness through physical experiments.The main research contents of the thesis are as follows:1.According to the statistical analysis of the data of frontal impact in FARS database in the United States,The results show that the number of fatal injuries of women is high each year,and the rate of fatal injuries of women is large.2.The frontal collision simulation model of the front female occupant restraint system was established by using MADYMO software,and the simulation model was validated by the combination of trolley crash test data.The sensitivity analysis of the input parameters of the restraint system was carried out,and the influence of the constraints system parameters on the head,neck and chest injuries of the occupants was analyzed.3.The Latin Hypercube method is used to optimize the main parameters of the restraint system,which significantly reduces the risk of injury to female drivers and passengers of small body,and also has good protection effect for different percentages of male drivers and occupants.
