| Electric vehicle is considered to be effective solutions to environmental pollution and energy shortage due to their advantages of saving energy and low carbon emission.The vehicle control unit is the core control part of the whole vehicle,to realize the vehicle drive control,energy optimization control,brake feedback control,network management and other functions,and is the key of electric vehicles,have a vital role to the vehicle optimization control and reliable driving.In this paper the vehicle control unit is designed and researched on the foundation of the function of vehicle road safety standards ISO26262,The main research contents include:Firstly,the concept design of vehicle control unit is completed.Based on the analysis of the ISO26262 vehicle road safety standard in the design of vehicle control unit,the hazard analysis and risk assessment of the vehicle control unit is completed,the automotive safety integrity level ASIL is determined.On the basis of the above analysis,this paper puts forward the functional safety objectives and security requirements of the whole vehicle control unit.Secondly,the hardware and software of the vehicle control unit is designed,in terms of hardware design,the hardware circuits of minimum system of the chip,communication circuit,signal processing circuit and power driving circuit design have been designed.In the aspect of software design,the software architecture,main program,subprogram,regenerative braking energy feedback and interface layer of the whole vehicle control unit software are designed by using the idea of hierarchical and modular design.Finally,the hardware and software of the control unit have been tested.The problems founded during the testing process have been adjusted and modified.On the basis of the hardware and software testing of the whole vehicle control unit,the whole vehicle control unit is modeled and simulated. |
