| Bridge crane is a kind of special equipment to achieve mechanization and modernization of production process,it is widely used in modern industry.Bridge crane structure is huge, complex, once the fault occurs,it will bring different degree of influence to the enterprise’s production. Therefore, the analysis of the bridge crane fault, can prevent the occurrence of failures, thereby reducing the impact on the production of the enterprise.FTA is one of the commonly used methods for fault analysis,it is widely used in fault diagnosis and analysis, and it is a powerful tool in dealing with clear logic relations and system processing. However, the system of bridge crane is complicated, and many uncertain factors lead to the occurrence of fault. In the fault analysis and reliability evaluation of complex system,BN which has been developed in recent ten years, has been gradually applied to the fault diagnosis method. In this paper, the fault tree analysis method based on Bayesian network is used to analyze the fault of bridge crane in S company.First, this paper describes the main form of bridge crane failure, and then systematically introduces FTA basic principles and analysis steps;and introduces the basic methods and principles and steps to construct a fault tree; Then it introduces the BN concept and structure, and introduces the method of fault tree based on Bayesian network including the transformation method and the conditional probability distribution formula of the logic gate to BN in the fault tree, constructing the transformation steps based on Bayesian network fault tree and the calculation method of importance in this method. The present situation of bridge crane maintenance management in S company is analyzed, and finding out some problems.Using this method, the fault tree and its Bayesian network model of the main faults of the bridge crane of S company are drawn, and the qualitative and quantitative analysis is carried out. Finally, according to the analysis results, the optimization scheme of crane maintenance of S company is put forward. |
