| At present,China’s economic development has been transformed from its original high-speed growth to medium-high-speed growth.Its economic structure has been continuously optimized and upgraded,transforming from the original factor-driven and investment-driven into innovation-driven.In 2015,China put forward the concept of "Made in China 2025" to enhance the international competitiveness of China’s product manufacturing industry.The products in the European and American markets are popular in the international market due to their intelligence,environmental protection and advanced technologies.Based on the above background,this article put forward a product innovation method from the product environment,technology,market perspective,and think about the needs integration problem of the product innovation design.On the basis of this,the outstanding environmental impact factors are transformed into TRIZ understandable engineering parameters,and using TRIZ to solve ecological design problems;In terms of market demand,the paper considers the relationship between requirements and their dynamic,and through the competition analysis,the final importance of market demand is revised.Finally,based on the QFD correlation matrix,the importance ranking of the technical innovation of product innovation is obtained.The specific research results and innovation are mainly reflected in the following aspects:In the aspect of green design of products,the environmental impact factors of products are analyzed by life cycle assessment method,then the main factors of environmental impact of products are obtained,and the environmental requirements for product eco-design are put forward.The environmental requirements are transformed into the standard engineering parameters of TRIZ,Taking environmental factors as guidance,this paper uses the TRIZ conflict matrix to solve the technical conflict of products and obtain the innovative ideas of products.In addition,the market demand is not independent,often with the relevance characteristics.In the past,the literatures seldom consider the relationship between the demands,and neglect the relevance of the demand in the calculation of the priority of the demand.In addition,the market demand presents the dynamic change,the primary and the secondary of the demand dimension status will change over time,and the product from the market survey to the concept of design and then the market needs a process,resulting in the design of the product function and the actual needs of a certain error.In order to reduce the delay,this article put forward a dynamic and correlated demand priority forecasting model,the design priority of the final product innovation assumption technical characteristics is obtained based on the revised market demand importance and the QFD correlation matrix.The paper validates the validity of the model and the method through examples,aiming to provide theoretical guidance for the practical design of product innovation. |
