With the rapid development of urbanization,more urban agglomeration is forming here in China.The range of people's trip has therefore been greatly widened,which stimulates the increasing of transportation demand.The inter-city rail network supported by the construction of urban agglomeration,focuses on the supply for the convenience over the traffic between strongly connected cities by enabling the rapid transit of passengers.It has great necessity to find a scientific and referable method to set reasonable scale of inter-city rail network during the objective controlling phase,which is the guarantee of the transit demand's being well met and waste of resources' being avoid.Based on the issue above,the thesis has mainly done the research as follows.The thesis firstly expounds the basic theory of inter-city rail network planning by defining and introducing the content and principle of the planning.And the thesis sketches the theory of complex network and the research status of its applying on traffic network study.Then the thesis discusses the index and regularity of network scale.It tries to find the characteristic of inter-city rail network by analyzing four typical rail network in our country with the theory of complex network.The thesis finds the influence factors of network scale and illustrates the connotation of reasonable scale of inter-city rail network.Afterwards,it puts forward the thinking for the calculating of reasonable scale by extracting the key demands of the topic with the help of analyzing the core interests of subjects that concerning the issue in macro view.According to the preamble analyze,the thesis constructs a model based on the integrated nodes' importance degree which combines the dynamic and static importance degree to measure the nodes' scale.Then it build a bi-objective programming model pursuing the maximization of the degree of association between the cities that the network connects and the specific value of output and input.The model sets the constraint over the amount of investment,connectedness and decision variable.The thesis then designs the algorithms based on the ?-constraint method for the model solving and discusses the further correction of the result.At last,the thesis takes the inter-city network planning in Yunnan province as an example.Using the method raised by this paper,it calculates and corrects the reasonable scale of rail network in central Yunnan.The analyze over the result has proven the rationality of the research conclusion.
