Research On The Influencing Factors Of The Time-Consuming Of Bus Stop Based On Survival Analysis

With the development of public transportation,people are paying more and more attention to the running time of buses.As the infrastructure of urban roads,bus stops have complex traffic flow characteristics around them,which make bus stops affected by many factors.The paper takes the linear bus stop on the primary and secondary roads in the city as the research objects,then explores the influencing factors of the bus stop time through the survival analysis theory,which provides a theoretical basis for reducing the time spent on the bus stop and rationally optimizing the station type.For these reasons,the following works are carried out.Firstly,analyze the process of the bus stop by a micro-perspective.Through reading relevant materials,there are fifteen influencing factors selected by three aspects: platform characteristics,bus stopping characteristics and environmental characteristics.The trial investigation determines the investigation scheme of this study.Through the analysis of the essential data by Excel and SPSS 22.0,conclude that the time spent on the bus stop does not obey the normal distribution.Secondly,the non-parametric method(Log-rank test)of survival analysis is used to analyze the overall distribution characteristics of bus stopping time.The results show that peak value,station type,bus lane and berth number all have significant effects on bus stopping time.However,single factor analysis cannot accurately reflect the actual situation,so it is necessary to carry out the multi-factor analysis.Thirdly,through the significance test,correlation test,and proportional risk hypothesis test.Screen the initial variables to build the Cox regression model of bus stopping time,and it has obtained the eight significant influencing factors.Then test the goodness of fit of the model by Cox-Snell method.Finally,according to the analysis results of the influencing factors,the current situation analysis,and optimization plan study of the Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital Station in Chengdu.The simulation results of VISSIM shows that the optimized bus stopping time can be reduce 16.98%.Therefore,the paper validates the rationality of the analysis of influencing factors of bus stopping time.
