Running safety is the first criterion for rail transportation,Including the gauge safety.The vehicle movement attitude determines the vehicle gauge directly.At present,there are a variety of rail transit vehicles in China,including High speed railway,subways,low-floor,straddle-type monorail vehicles,etc.Due to the huge differences in their suspension and travel structures,there is no unified formula calculation method in China.In the dynamic simulation,the dynamic attitude of the dynamic model is affected by various boundary conditions,such as hunting,orbital excitation,wind load model,etc.However,there is no relevant systematic research in China,which leads to the uncertainty factor when calculating the vehicle gauge by dynamic simulation method.much the simulation results vary from person to person and vary widely.In this paper,the vehicle dynamics simulation model and the boundary condition model such as wind load are established,and Research on the attitude of rail vehicles motion.The main work includes the following aspects:1.This paper analyzes and compares the similarities and differences of the bogies for various rail vehicles,divides the factors affecting the calculation of vehicle gauge into various types,selects different influencing factors according to different vehicle types,and puts forward the unified calculation method of the gauge for the rail vehicle,The unified method gives the general principles of vehicle gauge calculation,which is applicable to traditional formula calculation methods and dynamics simulation methods,and gives specific examples..2.The dynamic simulation model of multi-degree of freedom nonlinear is established,the influence of vehicle hunting on vehicle motion attitude is studied.The complex modal method is used to calculate the hunting,suspension mode frequency and damping ratio,and the influence of vehicle structure parameters?wheel and rail parameters and positioning stiffness of rotary Arm Joints on hunting is analyzed.The typical form of hunting and suspension mode coupling are studied.Based on the critical damping ratio,the starting and ending speeds of hunting and hunting mode are studied.3.The study of vehicle motion attitude is summed up as the influence on the offset of vehicle control point,and the shift of control point is calculated by dynamic method.Different wind load models are established to analyze the effects of track factors?wind load model and vehicle speed on the control point offset of vehicle.The results show that the orbital factor,wind load model and vehicle's speed have a great impact on the gauge calculation for vehicle.The increase of wheel-rail spacing caused by wheel-rail wear has less influence on the limit calculation,and the effect of track irregularities on vehicle gauge can be ignored under the special conditions.
