Due to China's special geographical location,some areas are faced with frequent natural disasters,such as earthquakes and debris flows,which greatly challenges the capacity of China's emergency rescue.In order to comprehensively improve disaster prevention,mitigation and relief capabilities and effectively safeguard the safety of people's lives and property and social stability,the government issued a document calling for the establishment of an authoritative and efficient emergency response capability system.As an important rescue product in the emergency system,the rescue stretcher plays an irreplaceable role in the rescue process.Therefore,the ultimate goal of this paper is to design an efficient and reasonable emergency rescue stretcher product.Firstly,this paper summarizes the basic concept and content of TRIZ theory,and focuses on the research and analysis of TRIZ problem model and contradiction solving tool,which lays a certain theoretical foundation and technical method for the design of subsequent rescue stretcher products.Secondly,using the K·Lewin's Behavior Formula analyses the factors what affecting the behavior of the victims and rescue workers,to explore the user requirements from human-environment-behavior three aspects.Through the research to study the status quo of design about rescue stretcher,it summarizes the element of product design,puts forward the contradiction existing in the design of stretcher,based on TRIZ theory design elements was proposed,design principles and design methods.It makes the design of the concrete practice of the rescue stretcher and according to the design orientation and verifies the feasibility of design method in the end.The research results of this paper provide some reference for the design of emergency rescue products,broaden the design channels for the design of related products,and provide new design ideas and methods.This paper includes 65 figures,8 tables and 51 references.
