Along with the production activities at sea increased day by day,maritime salvage power construction is also on the agenda.Rescue vessel as the main salvage equipment,has been widely used.especially,high-performance emergency rescue boat has played a big role in saving human life in offshore.The research on small emergency rescue boat,was early started in Europe and America,now for some mature form,mainly on the hull structure optimization,professional equipment research,but for poor seakeeping quality of small rescue boat has not been solved.In this thesis,the author has developed a wave adaptive modular high-performance professional sea rescue boat,expected to promote our country's emergency rescue forces in the areas of offshore and open seas.This thesis introduces the design process of this kind of new wave adaptive rescue boat,the model of suspension system analyzed and the calculation of main parameter solved,pontoon buoyancy calculated by using SolidWorks software and reducing resistance analysis of appearance design carried out using ANSYS software,a set of electric propulsion system designed based on water-jet,finally the relevant accessory rescue equipment designed.In the chapter of modeling and analysis of wave adaptive rescue boat,firstly,two dimensional irregular waves studied,and two dimensional irregular wave simulation program has been designed based on Longuet-Higgins model using Matlab software.After the 3 d model of the wave adaptive rescue boat simplified,a quarter model of single degree of freedom put forward,kinematics of the model solved and analysed using space vector equation,it has been concluded that the design can effectively reduce the effect on the heaving motion of main body by waves.Then three degrees of freedom presented based on the half boat model,the dynamic equation of the model solved and analysed,the design of this kind rescue boat can effectively reducing the amplitude and frequency of the main hull heaving motion and frequency of rolling motion has been validated,the comfort and safety of the persons onboard improved.In experimental study,three different algorithm based on acceleration signal integration has been analyzed,and a frequency-domain algorithm based on Fast Fourier Transform designed.Sensors has been installed in the experimental sample ship's main motion parts and the dynamic data acquisition system based on the half boat model has been designed,experiment in the water carried out in wave-simulator tank,according to the experimental results,this kind of waves adaptive rescue possessing good seakeeping.
