| In the dry areas of China,the“dry air energy”is rich,which is very suitable for the application of evaporative cooling air conditioners,but at the same time it faces the problem of relatively low water resources and poor water quality,which limits the further promotion and application of evaporative cooling air conditioners.The amount of water resources in the dry areas,the quality of water quality,the water consumption of evaporative cooling air conditioners in these areas,and the choice of water treatment methods have always been a concern.At present,most of the research on this issue is carried out separately from two aspects,and the water consumption of evaporative cooling air conditioning is closely related to the water quality.The combination of the two is relatively lacking in analytical research.To this end,this topic comprehensively analyzes the water consumption and water quality characteristics of evaporative cooling air conditioners in dry areas,and obtains the water consumption range and water quality of evaporative cooling air conditioning units and evaporative cooling chillers when used in dry areas.On this basis,the economics of the evaporative cooling air conditioning water treatment method is compared and analyzed,and the water quality treatment method suitable for the evaporative cooling air conditioning in the dry area is obtained.And the application of the current widely used electrochemical method is analyzed.Through the test of water consumption:(1)The water consumption of the evaporative air conditioner with air volume of18000m~3/h in the dry area is 0.051-0.081t/h;the correction coefficients of different air volume and different dry and wet bulb temperature differences are different,and the measured value of water consumption is linearly fitted.The fitting formula Q=0.0048Δt+0.0048(R~2=0.93)can be used to calculate the water consumption of the evaporative air conditioner.(2)In the dry area of China,for the evaporative cooling chiller with circulating water volume of 40m~3/h,the water consumption range is 0.033~0.034t/h;the water consumption under unit cooling capacity can be used as the water consumption index.For the composite dew point indirect evaporative cooling air conditioning unit in the dry area,the intermittent water spray time can be used for 6 seconds to stop for 1 minute.Pass the test of water quality:(1)For the typical representative city of dry area,the total hardness,total alkalinity and electrical conductivity of the supplementary water and circulating water in Urumqi exceed the standard values.The total hardness of circulating water is 2602.6mg/L,the electrical conductivity is 8.7ms/cm,which is 6.5 times and 8.7 times of the standard specification,respectively.The circulating water hardness and salt content are extremely high.The prediction using the Reizes Stability Index(S.I)results in a serious scaling trend,so the water needs to be pretreated before use,and the necessary water treatment measures are also required during use.(2)Tests on different types of water in evaporative cooling air conditioning systems used in a practical project in a dry area,the water quality indicators show the trend of chiller circulating water>dew point air conditioner direct drainage>ground radiant coil water,indicating The use of plate heat exchangers to treat water quality is superior to direct water discharge,and the evaporative cooling air conditioning water quality can be treated in this way.It can be obtained by comparing the scale component with the sediment component.The main components of both scales are CaCO3,indicating that part of the cause of fouling comes from the dust in the air.(3)The overall cost of water treatment is straight-lined>Circulating water on-line piper>automatic dosing>Electronic descaler trend,the direct discharge method is extremely water-intensive and the effect is general,so the treatment of evaporative cooling air-conditioning circulating water in dry areas is not recommended this method.In the paper,there are 54pictures,23 tables and 66 references. |
