At present,the speed regulating system of treadmill mainly adopts brush DC motor and induction motor.The brush DC motor adopts mechanical commutator and electric brush,which results in high operating noise and poor reliability.Induction motor has the disadvantages of low power density,low efficiency and large size.It is hoped that the motor with low noise,high efficiency and high reliability can be used to improve the performance of the speed control system of the treadmill,reduce the noise and provide accurate motion information.This thesis optimizes the speed regulation performance and reliability of the speed regulation system of the treadmill,and analyzes the load characteristics of the treadmill.The speed regulation system of permanent magnet synchronous motor based on fuzzy control is designed with high efficiency,low noise and small size.The main content includes the following aspects:1.Proposing the overheat protection strategy of the speed regulating system of the treadmill without temperature sensor: based on the model reference adaptive permanent magnet synchronous motor parameter identification method,the stator winding temperature was estimated online,and the motion information of people on the treadmill was extracted based on the motor current.Based on the stator estimated temperature,IPM internal temperature and motion information,the overheat protection strategy was determined,which improved the reliability and service life of the speed regulating system of the treadmill.2.Proposing the fuzzy control algorithm of the speed regulating system of the treadmill: analyzed the load characteristics of the treadmill and the characteristics of walking on the treadmill to form the speed regulating performance index,based on which the natural language was used to generate the fuzzy control rule base,and the fuzzy adaptive PID algorithm was used to improve the stability of the speed regulating system.3.Designing the speed-regulating system of the treadmill permanent magnet synchronous motor based on fuzzy control: PMSM speed control system design based on DSP chip TMS320F28027 treadmill PMSM speed control system hardware scheme of speed control system based on CCS software development environment and the whole machine test platform,speed,current and operating noise by monitoring system,on-line optimization of fuzzy adaptive PID control algorithm parameters.Through the comprehensive test and verification of the whole machine,the dynamic performance of the system is improved and the running noise is reduced.In this thesis,we study the shortcomings of traditional treadmill speed regulating system,put forward based on fuzzy control the treadmill of permanent magnet synchronous motor speed regulating system,put forward without overheating protection strategy of temperature sensor,the system hardware and software of the control algorithm in co-ordination optimization,effectively improve the performance and reliability of running machine speed control system,has great practical and commercial value.
