Users usually generate a large amount of behavioral data when they use all kinds of products.In order to help enterprises to improve their product performance and competitiveness,valuable information can be found by analyzing these behavior data of users.This thesis takes the certain type of radar as the research object.Aiming at improving the reliability of radar equipment,the radar after-sales service data and user operation records are analyzed by big data analysis techniques to mine the factors that influence the radar performance by user behavior and find out the improvement direction of radar system.The main work and characteristics of the thesis are as follows:(1)The main functions of the radar and the problems in it are analyzed,and the research mentality of user behavior and radar performance improvement are formulated.(2)Compared with the traditional Apriori Tid algorithm,the new algorithm which is called Apriori Tid-d association algorithm reduces the time complexity effectively.The algorithm is applied to analyze the correlation between user behavior and radar faults.As a result,the probability of radar faults is reduced by regulating unreasonable user behavior.(3)The HF-IABC-K algorithm with global search factors and local search factors is proposed to improve the global optimization ability and reduce the possibility of falling into local optimum.The algorithm is applied to cluster the behavior data set by the radar operating parameters.Moreover,the correlation of radar operating parameters in different modes has been found,which provides an improved direction for the automatic setting of radar parameters.(4)An user behavior analysis system for the certain type of radar is designed and implemented.The implementation framework,main functions and database structure of the system are described.Meanwhile,the engineering application interfaces of the main algorithm in the system are shown.The research results of the thesis can analyze the behavior of radar users to a certain extent,and give the direction of radar performance improvement.Furthermore,as a generalization method,the research results can also be applied to the user behavior analysis and product performance improvement in other fields.
