As the main source of domestic power supply,thermal power plants must have the conditions of energy and water resources,but there are few areas to meet the two conditions at the same time.The shortage of water resources and uneven distribution of energy in China have posed a direct threat to the construction and development of thermal power plants.The introduction of the modern new air cooling unit and the introduction of the direct cooling system greatly reduce the dependence of the power plant on the resources and the degree of dependence.Its electricity consumption is only about 16.7% of the conventional wet cooling unit of the traditional unit.Therefore,the direct cooling technology is an important direction of the development and reform of the thermal power plant,and is widely popularized.And applied in modern thermal power generation.Based on the necessity of introducing the direct cooling technology in the thermal power plant,this paper analyzes the background and significance of the transformation of the cooling system of the thermal power plant,and also discusses the development status and practical application of the direct cooling technology at home and abroad.Then,this paper discusses the basic theory of the direct cooling technology,the composition of cooling system and the quality control of the thermal power cooling project,and analyses the main points of the quality control of the cooling project and the analysis of the quality influence factors in the thermal power plant,in order to further discuss the design of the transformation case of the peak cooling project and the quality control of the construction process.It provides the theoretical basis.Subsequently,the transformation of cooling project in NX thermal power plant is discussed in this paper,and specific transformation plan is put forward.After that,the project also discussed the construction quality of thermal power cooling project,such as the large capacity of air cooling unit,high requirement of vacuum tightness,high requirement of weld quality,and put forward the concrete quality control measures before,during and after construction.Finally,this paper discusses the control scheme and improvement scheme of the construction quality,and uses the evaluation of fuzzy quality control scheme to demonstrate the scheme,and analyzes the economic benefits of the project transformation and quality control.The introduction of direct air cooling technology has improved the cooling technology of traditional thermal power plants and solved the problem of water shortage.Through scientific quality control,it is ensured that the cooling transformation project of thermal power plants can achieve the desired purpose.
